It all began with two friends, one Walloon, the other Flemish. Two sides of the same coin, which wins every time!
Philip Lazou and Benjamin Dassonville both studied Marketing, one in Ghent, the other in Mons. But real estate is their passion. They obtained their IPI certification, mandatory to practise the profession... and set off.
Together, in 1996, the two partners opened their first office at rue des Moulins 11, in the very centre of Mouscron. Cabinet 056 (a reference to the region's telephone prefix) was born! The agency took a tortoise as its symbol. This friendly animal, which carries its house on its back as it moves forward, would prove to be a true lucky charm.
